Join the conversation!  NL Middle School hosts Coffee and Conversation each month.  Any and all NLSD families and stakeholders are invited to attend.  You can join the middle and high school principals and help to make decisions about our educational programs.  This is a way for you to share ideas and feedback in an informal and fun way.  Click the "View Agenda" link below for dates, times, and topics.

When your child is absent, a written excuse is required to be submitted within 3 days upon the student’s return to school.  Even if you call the school to report the absence, a written excuse is required by law.

Excuses can be sent in with your child, or you can write an excuse, sign it, take a picture of it and email it to MSattendance@nlsd.org.  Doctor’s excuses can be emailed the same way.  Excuses can also be faxed to the middle school at 610-767-9850.

Please note that if excuses are not received within 3 days of a student’s return to school, they will be deemed unlawful absences.
